Love your Spine

 97% of all other creatures on earth don’t have a spine.

Please love yours!! 20-minutes a day lying in semi-supine position (on your back on a firm flat surface, with your feet flat on the floor and your knees pointing up to the ceiling. The knees and feet are approximately hip width apart) will make your spine very happy!!
